PCBADEPT company how to ensure quality?

Before production:

*Firstly during the initial procurement stage, we strictly quote and purchase based on the customer's BOM list and will never use components or raw materials that have not been approved by the customer.

*Secondly, if the customer's BOM list includes discontinued or long-leaded materials, our professional engineers will provide compatible models and datasheet to the customer for confirmation or verification before they are used.

*Thirdly, during the incoming material inspection stage, we have dedicated quality inspection engineers to inspect the brand, model and specification of the materials, measure the parameters with LRC equipment, and check the PCB soldering pad before production to ensure that the footprint of the materials is consistent with the PCB soldering pad.

In production

*SPI Solder Paste Inspection
Solder paste inspection can check the solder paste is sufficient and uniform to prevent assembly quality problems in advance caused by poor solder paste soldering

*Online AOI Inspection
The AOI can check the short circuit, offset, wrong solder, reverse solder, false solder, empty solder, incomplete solder, etc. It also can check excessive solder, less solder, continuous solder and solder joints.

First sample confirm

Check the first China turnkey PCB electronics sample with Gerber, BOM and coordinate files, test it's function with the testing program. Only sample confirmed by PCBA engineer, it can go for mass production.

Off-line AOI inspection

Check the soldered surface mount assembly for errors, omissions, and false connections.

X-Ray welding inspection

Inspect the solder joints of invisible components like BGA,QFN.

QC manual inspection

The assembled board is visually inspected to ensure 100 % qualified.

*Function test
NPI and the engineering and technical team will based on the customer's product test data, prepare test JIG, test software in advance, and make JIG, set up a test environment to conduct electrical parameter tests or functional tests on the products. Any defective products found will be repaired to ensure 100% quality products to delivery.

*MES system(Manufacturing execution system)
Since every material received and produced in the workshop,all are tracked by MES system.
